Ruijie van der Made-Niu , owner of New Vision Sourcing consultancy
Cross-cultural consultant based in the Netherlands for 25 years, with over 20
years of experience in cross-border supply chains between Europe and China —
including 9+ years of hands-on expertise in the toy industry.
As a former
Sourcing Director in the plush and plastic toy sector and a Dutch
government-certified legal interpreter, I help European buyers and Chinese
suppliers work better together — combining strategic insight, cultural fluency,
and deep production knowledge to bridge the gap between both worlds.
